What we’re looking for:
A civil construction supervisor with proven experience in leading a team of plant operators, labourers and subcontractors to deliver high quality outcomes on civil construction projects.
The successful applicant will have a professional outlook and understanding of working collaboratively with a team.
Tasks:
- Supervision, planning and management of earthworks, pavement construction, drainage, underground services, concrete works, manage trucks, deliveries, and all works associated with civil construction.
- Ensure compliance with HSEQ system
- Maintain a proactive culture towards safety
- Manage good client relationships
